My Program is successful for other reasons, too:

• My thorough preparation months prior to the Fair.

• I produce a printed catalog that is sent by airmail to hundreds of publishers worldwide.

• I also produce an electronic edition which is sent by email to several hundred additional publishers worldwide.

• I pre-schedule appointments with worldwide publishers who meet with me at my booth every half hour for the full six days of the Fair to see and discuss the titles in which they have interest for their own publishing programs.

• I professionally present my clients' titles at my Frankfurt Book Fair booth.

• I follow-up at frequent and regular intervals (in a gentlemanly manner) with those publishers who have expressed further interest in my clients' titles.

• As I receive offers from foreign publishers for rights I present them to my clients with specific recommendations to accept, reject, or counter.

• If an agreement is reached I obtain signatures on our standard contract (drafted by a well-known intellectual property attorney) and advances for my clients.
